Smoothie For Lunch Anyone? ~ My Sweet 16th Birthday

Hello, on 24th August I turned 16!! I can't believe it, it feels so weird. The cake was yummy! I celebrated my birthday with my friends on 22nd, we went to Hyde Park for boating but she was too scared to go on the boat. We walked from Hyde Park to Oxford Street for about 20 minutes (exercise lol) when we reached there, we were hungry and out of breath, so we went to Pret for quick breakfast. Shopped on Oxford Street and went to KOREAN RESTURANT! I always wanted to go to Korean restaurant, me and my friend are such a Korean freak ( K-pop and K dramas) We had the most delicious lunch! The place was called Airirang and it near oxford circus. We planned to go to china town by taking the tube, but unfortunately we were late so had to go back. On my birthday I celebrated with my family and my mum and dad got me the cake!

Now let’s get on with my lazy healthy breakfast. I made this because i really wanted to try out an oats smoothie! So here is the recipe. One glass made me full! and this recipe would make about 2 glasses.
50g rolled oats
1tsp honey
2 or 3 fruits of your choice (I used a pear, a plum and a peach)
8 ice cubes
5 almonds
1 glass of milk ( I used full-fat)
First grind the oats. Don't over grind so it is flour. Add fruit, almonds, milk, ice cubes and honey in to the blender. Blend away until you think it is the right consistency
